About Us

The reality of the role that pastoral counseling plays in a small church like LifePointe Church must not be underestimated. The focus of establishing a healthy counseling environment in the church for pastoral counseling to impact to the depths that is currently needed, involves the intentional advancement of common biblical principles. Care for the sheep and the flock will be healthy.

While there are many principles that can be chosen from to highlight and implement, a core principle that has not been executed well in the history of the church is how the body of believers are to treat one another biblically and not merely superficially.

We are a community of believers that hold tightly to the truths of Scripture, while grasping the culture around us, in order to effectively communicate the message of the Gospel to everyone.

We are not perfect, but we are sanctified. As such, we strive to continue in becoming more like Christ as we experience His grace and mercy within our local assembly. We invite everyone right where they are, but we love them too much to let them stay there.

This is why we are advancing the AllēlōnPrinciple in our church. We want people to see the commands of Scripture lived out in a way that invites people into a culture of change, with the desire to be a part of the solution.

We believe that the way of thinking about the gathering and help must change. We operate with the understanding that “the way you think determines the way you feel, and the way you feel determines the way you act. If you want to change the way you act, you have to change the way you think.”
